Hillary Clinton 2008
The campaign is off and running and we know that Hillary Clinton is planning a 2008 run for the office of President of the United States. She has been actively pursuing her dream for many years and her first step even before leaving the White House (as the First Lady); she prepared herself to run as a candidate for a Senate seat from the state of New York. Then she began her advanced planning for a future run for the White House with her as the President. Hillary Clinton in 2008 is the slogan that you can see on bumper stickers, license plates, buttons and on anything else that can be used to promote her name and to get her into the public eye. She is ready for the challenge and is working hard to get the Democratic Party to recognize her as their candidate in 2008. Being able to compete and to campaign against the other hopefuls has kept her very busy over the last few months.
She has not been deterred by the numbers in the polls, by the amount of money she has raised for her campaign or by any of the slurs being publicized about her. Hillary Clinton knows that if she is to run a successful campaign in 2008 that she must just work hard and stay abreast of the important issues that are facing the Nation. The run for the White House in 2008 is Hillary Clinton's dream. She has wanted this for a long time and has worked hard to gain the respect of people both in the Democratic Party, in the Congress, in her district and throughout the nation. Her slogan of Hillary Clinton in 2008 is being used by all of her campaign workers and they are publicizing it whenever and wherever possible. They know that this is an uphill battle for them as it is for all of the candidates. There is no guarantee that even though Hillary Clinton is leading in the polls today that she will continue to stay there. Politics can be cut-throat with candidates intentionally bringing out the negatives about their opponents in an effort to discredit them before the public. This is not unusual and as we get closer to the actual election time, the televised political advertisements will get more intense and the battles will begin. In some ways, it is like a feeding frenzy with all of the fish going after each other. We know that only one will survive the competition and come out ahead of all the others. Now, it is just a waiting game. We will wait and see who will be the front-runner for each party. And, who knows, it might be Hillary Clinton in 2008. |
