Hillary Clinton Beliefs Are Not Unusual

Debates and differences among politicians are not unusual and it can be very difficult to pin down one of them and to get real answers to questions. Hillary Clinton is no different than any other politician when it comes to her beliefs.

Politicians are famous for straddling the fence when it comes to making their personal feelings public knowledge. They do this for a reason. Once they take a strong stance on a specific topic they have to start to defend that position. If there is one thing that any good politician does not want it is to be boxed into a particular area-regardless of the topic.

If you think about it and look back at Hillary Clinton beliefs, you might be able to see them reflected in her voting record. This is a stretch because voting records can vary. While the actual topic might be one that she would be very interested in supporting, there might be hidden legislative agenda items snuck into the bill just before voting was to occur.

You are now wondering what this hidden legislation is. When a bill is to be voted on, it goes though a long process before it comes to the Senate floor. During the final stages of most bills, congressmen will add short addendums to it. A bill that is primarily about health care reform might have a dozen or more addendums added to it at the last minute-you are now thinking, so what. But, the real problem here is that these addendums will have absolutely nothing to do with health care reform. They might provide a million dollars for a bridge in the northwest, two million for research about bumble bees or any other item that a congressman was 'hoping' to get through for his constituents.

That is why is really hard to pin down a person's voting record and to link it to their personal beliefs. We all know that Hillary Clinton is very strongly supporting a reformed health care system, but she might vote no to one that has millions of dollars for other purposes that have been added as addendums.

What we can really say about Hillary Clinton's beliefs is that she is a family person. This is evident when you look back and remember the heartache and turmoil that she went through during the scandal caused by her husband who had an affair and then was impeached. She is a family person and she stuck by her marriage vows to make sure that the family remained intact.

Today her belief is that she is the best person for the Democratic Party went it comes to regaining the White House. Whether or not the American people agree is yet to be seen.
